Content on this Site — including speaking topics, coaching descriptions, and testimonials — reflects personal experience and general education about addiction recovery. It is not medical, psychiatric, psychological, or legal advice, and is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you are in crisis, please contact emergency services or a crisis line in your area.

Booking a discovery call, coaching session, or speaking engagement through this Site does not itself create a binding agreement; specific terms, fees, and scheduling for those services will be confirmed directly with you. Coaching outcomes are not guaranteed.

Donations are processed by PayPal, Inc. and are subject to PayPal's own terms and privacy practices. Strive4Purpose is a South Dakota nonprofit corporation; federal 501(c)(3) status is pending, so donations are not currently tax-deductible. Except as required by law or as PayPal's refund policies allow, donations are non-refundable.

This Site links to or embeds services operated by third parties (including Cal.com and PayPal). We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Text, images, and branding on this Site belong to Strive4Purpose or are used with permission. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without our written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strive4Purpose is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
